Sanlucar is protagonist in these amazing landscapes.
For its history, its people, its gastronomy, its hapiness, its festivities, its beaches, its monuments. It is an unequalable environment to enjoy your life.
More than 400 years BC its early inhabitants (Tartessians, Phoenicians, Romans, Arabs) discover it and erect temples to its prodigious light and to the stars of its sky.
It was this mystical spirit that always surrounded this land what turned it in a magnet from which many expeditions left searching for new worlds and commercial routes.
It was during the conquest of America when the city lived one its most brilliant periods.

Sanlucar is located at the left margin of the Guadalquivir river. The National Park of Donana is in the right margin.
The first of its beaches is "Bajo de Guia" beach where the landscapes compete with fish and seafood tasting. "La Calzada" beach is the largest and it is a typical familiar beach in summer time, it is a prolongation of the previous beach.
Next "Las Piletas" beach that is situated in a historical fountain of healthy waters. Near to this beach there are a little promontory where in the past was situated the "Castillo del Espíritu Santo" castle, defensive watchtower of the mouth of Guadalquivir river.
Finally "La Jara" beach, far from urban nucleus, outstanding by its enormous natural surroundings with ruins of old bunkers, and the natural corrals that lodge seafood and fish of the coast.
